Your Protection

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Whistleblowers are fully protected from retaliation, including dismissal, demotion, harassment, or intimidation.

What Happens Next?

Reports are acknowledged within 3–5 days, reviewed, investigated, and escalated to the Board Audit & Risk Committee. Corrective actions may include disciplinary measures, fund recovery, or legal prosecution.

This policy aligns with SEC Nigeria, NGX, and CAMA 2020 guidelines.
