Charles Fakrogha
MD, Whitecrest Securities Limited
Charles is the Managing Director of WhiteCrest Securities Limited. He is a SEC sponsored individual and an authorized dealing clerk with the NGX. He has worked in the Nigerian stock exchange for over 2 decades and has vast experience in the capital market, investment banking and financial market analysis.
He holds an MBA Finance from the Lagos State University, LASU and a First Degree in Chemistry from the Rivers State University, RSU. Prior to joining WhiteCrest, Charles worked as COO for Supra Commercial Trust Limited, Chief Dealer for City Code Investments and Trust Limited, Chief Relationship Officer/Chief Dealer for Foresight Securities Limited and Chief Relationship Officer for CFX Securities Limited.
Kayode Bamisaye FCA
MD, Whitecrest Asset Management Limited
Kayode, is the Managing Director of WhiteCrest Asset Management. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI).
He obtained a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA)-General Management from the University of Lagos. A proactive and strategic thinker, goal getter who aligns corporate objective to organization vision. An Enterprise Risk Management professional and solid Internal Control expert.
He also served the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) at various level as Committee members. He is an Approved person and a registered Sponsored Individuals with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Prior to joining WhiteCrest, he served as the Managing Director of LANCELOT Fund & Portfolio Management and Head, ERM, Internal Control and Compliance Group for Pan-African Capital Holdings Limited after a long and rewarding career in the Nigerian banking industry.
Segun Aremu

Segun Aremu holds a B.Sc. Banking and Finance from Covenant University and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. Fellow Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers of Nigeria (ACS) An Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), Fellow Member, Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (Fiapm), Securities and Exchange Commission Sponsored Individual, Member, Programs Committee, Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers of Nigeria. Member, Programs Committee, Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers of Nigeria. Alumni Member, Continuous Program Development Committee, Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers of Nigeria. A dynamic and result-oriented professional with excellent leadership qualities and a proven track record in investment management.
Demonstrates transformational leadership across multiple roles, motivating and coaching teams to improve financial infrastructures, and effectively managing large portfolios. His work experience and core competences span across Capital Markets, Asset and Liability Management, Portfolio Management, Collective Investment Scheme, Relationship Management, Business Development, Customer Service, Financial Management and Investment Banking. With a cumulative experience of 15 years in the Financial Services sector. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr Oluwasegun is a passionate advocate
of financial literacy. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and is always focused on the Business objectives
and set strategies.
He currently sits as an Executive Director with Whitecrest Partners Limited based in Victoria Island, Lagos as the Group Chief Investment Officer (GCIO) of the Financial Services Group which consist of Asset Management, Stockbroking, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Bureau de change and a Micro Finance Bank. He is also a faculty lecturer with James Hope University, based in Lekki Lagos. He is a faculty member with several top-notch training consultancy organizations.
Sunday Alade

Sunday Alade is a seasoned Business development and Credit risk specialist with over 10years of experience in the financial sector.
He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General and an HND in Marketing. He is a chattered banker having been certified by the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and he is also a member of relevant professional bodies such as Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN), Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
He is well experienced in Business Development(SME and retail), Credit risk management, Commercial Strategy, Process automation, Portfolio analysis, Recovery management, Partnerships and relationship management, effective leadership skills with high level of professionalism.
He currently serves as the Managing Director of Plug Microfinance Bank Limited leveraging his expertise to drive growth and innovation in the Microfinance sector.
Glory Udoh
Group Chief Finance Officer
Glory Udoh Ekeng is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of progressive experience in accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance within the capital market and financial services sector. She currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at WhiteCrest Partners Limited, where she oversees financial operations, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning. Glory holds a M.Sc., B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and a Higher National Diploma in Statistics from Yaba College of Technology.
A Chartered Accountant (ACA), a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and the Nigeria Capital Market Institute. Glory combines deep technical proficiency with practical financial leadership. Her core strengths include financial reporting, budget control, tax management. Glory is known for her integrity, analytical mindset, and commitment to organistional growth.
Efiong Asuquo
Chief Compliance Officer
Efiong Asuquo is the Chief Compliance Officer of White Crest Group. Before joining White Crest Group in June 2025, he was the chief compliance officer of Morgan Capital group, from August 2021 to June 2025. Before joining Morgan Capital in August 2021, he had a brief stint with Capital Trust Brokers Limited (CTB) as its Compliance Officer from March 2020 to August 2021.
He was Chief Compliance Officer at Zion Stockbrokers & Securities Limited. Before then, he was also Chief Compliance Officer at Altrade Securities Limited, after heading it Operations Department for over 5 years, where he started his Stockbroking Career.
Efiong attended several regulatory compliance trainings, conferences and seminars, both within and outside Capital Market Regulatory landscapes. He was instrumental to the transition and change of Management from Altrade Securities Limited to Zion Stockbrokers & Securities Limited.
An ardent Capital Market operator and upholder of ethics, rules and regulations of the Compliance Profession.
Efiong had his First Degree and Masters from the university of Calabar. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Also, a Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) registered Sponsored Individual. He is also a member of Committee of Chief Compliance Officer of Capital Market Operators in Nigeria, CCCOCIN.
And most recently, a member of Rules Development & Review Committee of Compliance Officers of Trading License Holders of Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX).
David Owoeye
Group Head- Internal Audit & Risk Management
Owoeye David Adegbenga is the Group Head of Internal Control and Audit at White Crest Group. Before joining White Crest, he served as Internal Control and Audit Manager at Africa Plus Partners, providing oversight for subsidiaries including Nationwide Truck Services Ltd and INFRACO.
David brings over 23 years of banking and finance experience, having held several leadership roles across major financial institutions. He was Regional Controller, Area Controller, and Cluster Compliance Officer at Ecobank Nigeria from 2012 to 2024, and earlier served with Oceanic Bank, WEMA Bank, and UBA in compliance and control functions.
He began his professional journey at Ernst & Young (Osindero Lasebikan & Co) and steadily grew into senior roles through his commitment to operational integrity and financial discipline.
David has attended various trainings and led major regulatory audit preparations, including multiple CBN examinations. He played a key role in driving internal control frameworks, implementing compliance strategies, and streamlining audit operations in complex banking environments.
He holds a National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Ede, a bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a Master’s in Treasury Management from Bayero University Kano.
David is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Designate Compliance Professional (DCP) of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria.
Olagunju James
Group Head IT
Olagunju Olaoluwa James is a seasoned IT Infrastructure and Systems Management specialist with several years of experience across the financial, manufacturing, and educational sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Computer Engineering from Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) and an HND in Computer Engineering from Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH).
A certified engineer and active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and a student member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He has undergone professional training in CISSP, CCNA, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI-900, and ITIL, and more, equipping him with robust skills in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT service management.
He is highly experienced in IT infrastructure design and deployment, network administration, data center operations, end-user support, digital workplace solutions, and IT governance. His approach blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IT environments.
He currently serves as the Group Head, IT at Whitecrest Partners Limited, where he leverages his depth of experience to drive digital efficiency, enhance operational continuity, and support enterprise-wide innovation.
Whitecrest is a financial services group that offers Asset Management, Bureau De Change, Issuing House, Microfinance Bank and Stockbroking.
