Arc. Taofik Adegboyega Popoola
Independent Non-Executive Director
Arc. Taofik A. Popoola is the Principal Partner of Artec Practice Ltd, a firm of professional Architects and Project Managers that have harmoniously worked together for about 30 years now. He is a Certified Architect with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and duly registered with all certifying bodies of Architecture in Nigeria.
He is a consummate professional whose penchant for creative and challenging designs is reflected in his ecologically-sensitive designs, rendered with panache and utmost consideration for nature/ conservation.
Busola Adegboyega
Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Busola Adegboyega is a graduate of Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She started her banking career with United Bank for Africa Plc as Customer Service Officer and Relationship Management. She thereafter joined Zenith Bank Plc as part of the pioneer team that set up E-Business department of the bank. She was part of the team that started the e-business transformation journey of the bank in early 2000. She left the services of Zenith Bank Plc to join Spring Bank Plc (now part of Heritage Bank Limited) in the E-business department of the bank.
She left banking career to Cavari Capital Limited as Co-founder providing strategy, business support and advisory services to clients. Busola holds the UK Investment Management Certificate, and she is a member of CFA Society UK.
Adeolu Akinyemi
Non-Executive Director
Adeolu Akinyemi is a Personal Development Trainer, a Financial and Business Intelligence Coach, a 10X Consultant, Human Resources expert, Blockchain enthusiast, Entrepreneur, Networker, Nation Builder and a passionate disciple of Jesus Christ. Adeolu’s career and business exposure extends over multiple spheres, multiple countries, multiple organisations, multiple awards and about 2 decades. As a trainer, coach and consultant, Adeolu Akinyemi has interfaced with over 500,000 people in over 10 countries across 500 different organisations ranging from SMEs to Blue Chips to Non-Governmental Organisations and Government agencies. He currently oversees Coach B and Stewards a training outfit, as its Principal Consultant.
As an Entrepreneur, he is on the board of a number of companies. He is currently the Group MD of A2W Group, and provided leadership for the organisation to take a local herbal bitters through a 300X growth in 2 years.
Ariyo OYEDUNTAN
Non-Executive Director
Ariyo Oyeduntan is a distinguished banking and financial services executive with over two decades of experience in Nigeria’s financial sector. With a track record spanning operations, internal control, compliance, and risk management, he has held leadership roles across commercial banking and microfinance institutions.
He served as Head of Internal Control at several microfinance banks, including Asha Microfinance Bank, where he implemented effective compliance systems and ensured regulatory alignment with CBN directives. Prior to that, he held key operational roles at LAPO Microfinance Bank and Fortis MFB, where he supervised core banking operations and strengthened branch-level performance and financial accountability.
His robust understanding of banking operations, coupled with his strategic oversight skills, makes him a valuable contributor to governance and risk frameworks. He is particularly skilled in fraud prevention, process auditing, policy development, and ensuring transparency across financial institutions.
Oyeduntan holds an HND in Accounting, professional certifications in banking compliance and operations, and has attended multiple trainings in risk-based auditing and corporate governance.
As a board member of Whitecrest Partners Limited, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to strengthening trust, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across all levels of the organization.
